FC star, Argentine striker advise to sign for Chelsea in summer
Lan Wright told Sergio Argüero that Thomas Tutcher chose his Chelsea as his next club after leaving Manchester City at the end of the season.
The Civics announced at the end of March that Argentine raiders would leave Etihad when their summer contracts expired, ending his glory at the club for 10 years.
Argüero is the fourth-highest team in PL's history with 182 goals. He has links with elite clubs in Barcelona and other continental Europe, where Sergio will be linked to his compatriot Leonel Messi.
But when talking about the Wrighty's House podcast of Linger Football Club, Arsenal idol Wright urged the 32-year-old star to continue to fly at the top of the British Blues.
Can I throw something there? He should go to Chelsea, Wright said.
When you look at the pace of Edinson Kavanni (in Manchester United) and the people behind him, look at Louis Suarez of Atletti, the rhythm around him and everything.
Can you imagine Agüero at the top of Mason Mott, Kay Haftz, all those people, [Carlum] Hudson-Odoy, [Christian] Pulisic around him? That's 25 goals.
I, if I were Chelsea, I could get him for free. I'll go in. I made up all this in my mind. He and Pep (Guadiola) are worried. That's what he will say, "Yes, I'm going to Chelsea."
