UEFA, the governing body of European football, is considering abolishing its rules of away games in Europe, a year 56 years after its first launch.

When the total score of the two rounds of knockout matches is played after 180 minutes, both the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Champions League use this rule to advance to the next stage of the game in both rounds.

If there is enough support to cut rules, UEFA will start to seek a process of changing rules.

Last month, UEFA considered introducing a hybrid version. If the game enters overtime, the rules will be abolished or will only take effect after additional time arrives. But this decision was quickly abandoned because it was considered too confusing.
